How was my weekend?

My weekend was fun. On Friday Ben and I walked to the park to play baseball with the team. On our way there we met some girl named Isabelle. She was from Bell Mountain. After the game my mom picked me up and said I was going to my grandparents house with my cousin. I went home toke a shower and went to his house. When I first got there, me and my cuz ate some spaghetti, it was really really good. Then we went and talked to our grandparents for awhile and finally played video games till about 3:00. The next day we picked up my other cousin Jaden and went to go see the new Narnia movie. It was a really good movie.   After the movie Liam, Jaden and me walked home. When we got back to my grandmas house we were hungery so granny toke us to My Buddies Pizza. It had an arcade so we stayed for a while, like 4 hours. I played Deal or No Deal and won 1000 tickets four times in a row and the 500 one two times. I was doing really really good. Then I played Fast and the Furious and won first and second every time I played. I don't need luck for that game, I'm the best there is.

How much more time Doo i need on Garage Band?

I really dont need any more time. I have been done since the first week. I was like the first one done.

Who will win today's football game? Teacher's or Students?

I think the students are going to win because we are younger and faster. the teachers think they have this in the bag but noooo!!!!! They think cause there old and wiser there gana idiomatically win. NOOOO!!!! we will win!! suckers!!!

What could you use this for??

I could use beatbox translate for making beatboxes for a song, a code, entertainment, and maybe even youtube. It's is very entertaining because it's blows away time and if funn to play around with. In a song you could use it for like a back round beat. A code because the letters could mean something else or it could be a password.

What is the koolest thing you have learned about Garage Band?

The koolest thing I have learned about Garage Band is you can take movie clips and put them in the song.

How does enthusiasm help us with finals?

Enthusiasm will help me with finals because I will be exited about studying and learning so I can pass my finals. I will be exited to study every night and eat right so I can be healthy for school.

One I found was a workout song with a really hot girl on the cover. It was a sort of mix of techno and pop. The second one is a thing called Wired. Its a show where it makes fun of movies and other songs. The last thing I found was a couple of video's were it has a bunch of parody's on other songs. For example it made fun of Batman, Kesha, Lady Gaga, Adam Lambert, Justin Bieber, James Medfield, Michael Jackson, Taylor Swift, Owl City, Jersey Shore, Twilight, Tron Legacy, and Eminem.

 What is a hard drive? The harddrive is where all of your programs and files are stored, so if the drive is damaged for some reason, you will lose everything on your computer.

How was my break?

On Wednesday we started our Thanksgiving break. On Wednesday I sat around all day and waited for my best friend, Alyssa, and my grandparents. When they finally got to my house we went into my room and sat around until we fell asleep. the next day my dad woke me up and I helped him cook breakfast, half asleep, and then we started to cook the Thanksgiving food. Just the turkey though but we prepared the other stuff. Finally when everyone else woke up I went back to bed. I woke up ,again, and everyone was waiting for me to get up, witch was kinda weird. So we started to get the food started cooking everything else. After it was 4:00 and we started to eat all of the amazing food. Saturday I went to the March Air Force Base with my grandpa because he's a pilot and is upsets with planes. And on Sunday me, my mom, dad, and me went to see the new Harry Potter.

What is better Prezi or Keynote?

Personally I think Keynote is better than Prezi because Prezi is to hard to use for some people, I am one of those people. There are so many different button to press and it's really difficult to understand, unlike Keynote. Keynote is very strait forward and easy

This weekend I am going to Bailey's on Saturday. I don't know what we are going to do but I hope its fun!

What could have made our imovie better?

I think our imovie would have been better if it was longer and. Our imovie was only 3:15 seconds long so ya our imovie could have been longer.

Some suggestions for peoples video's?

I would like to see some comedy, words, music, and more.

How do you split scenes? Change speed of film? Add music? Add voice over?

The first thing I am going to start with is how to split scenes. First you have to right click, then go to the thing were it says split scene. Now you no how to split a scene.

Now I will teach you how to change the speed of the film. First you have to double click on the scene you are trying to speed up or slow down. (if it says convert, press it) then there is a bar that has a ribbit and a turtle. to slow it down drag it towards the turtle. Do the opposite if you want it to go faster.

what does vetran's day mean to you?

To me, veteran's day is a time to honor all if the troops who were and are at war right now. I take pride in veteran's day because my dad was deported to Iraq when I was in kindergarten so I didn't have a dad for a year and a half. It was so long to me that when he came back I didn't remember him!

How is the teamwork procces?

The teamwork is going good. Aleha is doing a good job. Willy is doing great. Cindy, well Cindy is Cindy. And Brianna is a good team player

What i want to be when I grow up is a chef. I want to cook BBQ and own my own restaurant. I want to be a chef because it love to cook and its my passion in life. Plus BBQ restaurants rack in the cash. Technology will help me by maybe blogging about my restaurant. Telling people about my recipes and were I am located. There are a lot of things.

Today's goals for filming?

Today our goal for filming is our group of Aleah, Brianda, Willy, Cindy, and me are planning on getting at least 6 scene done. We also need to start editing and adding music. We are also going to find a staples part.

One thing that went well was we did really well on the writing on the script. Another thing was that we had to demonstrate our script in front of the class. ( I think we did pretty good). The last good thing that happened was I wasn't sick anymore.

Describe 5 forms of media and how can it effectivly get a message across?

One form of media is the T.V, a cell phone, Facebook, a newspaper, and a radio. 

            
              A T.V can get a message across by watching a commercial about let's say soap. the commercial is telling you buy this soap and you will be happy. So you go out and buy the soap.

              An example of getting a message across by a cell phone is if your having a party and you want people to know you can just send them a text saying the directions and when and if they show up the show up.

              One example of Facebook being a form of it is you post on your wall you went shopping and all your friends know you just went to the store. (I don't know why people would want to know why you just went to the store and got a stick of salami but hay just tell them anyway.)

               A newspaer can tell people that some kid just got raped and murdered and our society loves to see what people think and are nosy and care about every little thing that happens in this stupid world.

              And lastly a radio can get a message across by sending out a broadcast and tell people stuff that's happening in this world new.

Becasue of technology, how will school be differnet in the future?

In the future technology in school will be different in ways like we will only have to go to about 10 seconds of school because they will just transfer the information into the brain within 10 seconds. Student will pay attention more because there will only be 10 seconds of school. Our society will become more intellectual.

My weekend was boring, but relaxing. I sat around all weekend except on Sunday, I went to some braty kids birthday party. I was the only 14 year old kid there. It was so boring.

I am doing my webquest on candy. I have no concerns.

How was your weekend and what are somethings in school you fell like you are doing well in and what are some of the things you are strugling with

My weekend went really good. I went camping with my family and some friends. We basically just sat around all weekend and relaxed. Some things I fell like I'm struggling in are science because Mr. Baker ,not to be rude,  but makes the lesson boring. One thing I am doing well in I think is math. Mr. Sanchez is a good teacher and he makes the lesson seem as if I can actually understand it.

Determination

Determination is the act of coming to a decision or of fixing or settling a purpose. Another definition of Determination is the decision or settlement arrived at or pronounced. Determination will apply to my life in about five years when I am going to collage I might want to drop out because its to hard to continue, but Determination will help continue on so I can get my degree and start my job in life.

Teleporter Watches. It would be so cool if we could all teleport some where instead of driving. We would be able to also advance in war if we had teleporter watches.

Gchat helps me because when I don't want to walk all the way across the room to talk to some one educationally. So I just type it on Gchat and they can awenser me without yelling across the room.

I need Gchat because if the person is online then I can ask them what the homework was if i don't write it down that day. There is a lot of things we can use from Gchat.

A technology that has chaged my life

A technology that has changed my life would be my phone because I can text, call, or even cheek my facebook if I pay twenty bucks a month more. Technology has changed all of society's life but cell phones are also in some ways negative. For example some people (the irresponsible one's) talk will there driving because somewhere in there mind they think they can drive with one hand right after they get out of the driving test. Even the old people sometimes drive will talking on the phone because they think "Hay, I'm about 87 and I'm almost blind. I drive about 30 miles and hour on the freeway, in the fast lane, but hay lets just talk on the phone." Some people also say it cause brain damage.

How was your weekend and how did you use technology

My weekend was full of fun and excitement. On Friday I spent the whole day at the school carnival with my friends. On Saturday my dad had a White Trash BBQ and I got to DJ for that. It was sooo much fun. then on Sunday I went to the mall with my friends.

     

The way I used technology this weekend was I got to DJ for my dads party and I used my phone.

About my week

This week has been very long. The good part about my week was Monday. On Monday I went to football practice and I think I did pretty good. 

          On Tuesday I went to school and saw all my friends. Then i went home and did my homework then took a nap. After my nap i went for a run around my lake which is one mile long. Then i went to sleep. 

          On Wednesday I am going to go to football practice after school. And that basically wraps up my week so far.
